Finding a suitable spouse has become increasingly difficult for many Muslims and their families, particularly in the modern world. At the same time, dating and casual relationships have become increasingly normalised, including through platforms that do not necessarily reflect Islamic values around marriage.
We believe there should be another way.
Islamic Proposal was created to help Muslims and their families find marriage through a respectful, purposeful and Islamically-minded approach.
Our Mission
To bring Muslim families together through marriage — the Islamic way, in our modern world.
Islamic Proposal is not built around dating, casual relationships or free mixing. Our focus is marriage.
We believe that family involvement, where appropriate, can play an important role in helping Muslims find a suitable spouse. Our platform therefore aims to support not only individuals looking for marriage, but also parents, guardians and family members helping someone they love find the right person.
Our Vision
To see Muslim marriages begin with an Islamic proposal.
We want Islamic Proposal to become a trusted global Muslim matrimonial community — one that remains true to its Islamic values while using modern technology to help Muslims connect across families, communities, cultures and countries.
Our ambition is bigger than simply creating another matrimonial app.
We want to help strengthen Muslim families, encourage marriage, build connections across the Ummah and create something of lasting benefit for future generations of Muslims seeking to complete half their deen.
